Mental Health Response
A strategic approach to deal with mental health
Mental Health Response is our signature online course. It is a hands-on, practical first aid response course to help you support someone experiencing mental health issues.
In order to prevent long-term mental health complications and the possibility of suicide, early intervention is key.
This course aims to familiarise you with the signs and symptoms of poor mental health and equip you with the tools needed to support people with issues such as depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to recognise changes in behaviour and offer an informed first aid response to help somebody in need.
