No one should suffer in silence. No one should face their struggles alone.
Our mission is to shatter the stigma surrounding suicide and mental health through awareness, education, and meaningful conversations.
Our courses are designed to increase awareness of the signs and symptoms of poor mental health, improve help-seeking behaviours and build confidence in responding when needed.
Meet Our Founder
With suicide rates at an all-time high, Debbie created interactive workshops aimed at fostering open conversations about suicide and mental health. Her vision is to create a world where everyone feels supported through mental health struggles and suicidal challenges while also inspiring individuals to care for their wellbeing and grow into the best version of themselves
What our clients say
“At Sydney FC we focus our success on four pillars – Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental.
In terms of the mental pillar one of the initiatives we undertook was for all our coaching and backroom staff to undergo mental health training which was provided by Mental Health Management.
Debbie delivered the training in a very professional manner. It was engaging, easy to understand and it gave us the tools and confidence to take the first steps in dealing with any mental health issues.”
Head Coach | Sydney FC
“The topic of mental health is a very serious issue in society today. At Sydney FC we are leading the way in breaking down that stigma and encouraging people to speak out and seek help if they are experiencing difficulties. This workshop has enabled us to identify early signs of Mental Health issues and has armed us with the tools to provide support to the affected individual.”
