No one should suffer in silence. No one should face their struggles alone.

Our mission is to shatter the stigma surrounding suicide and mental health through awareness, education, and meaningful conversations.

Our courses are designed to increase awareness of the signs and symptoms of poor mental health, improve help-seeking behaviours and build confidence in responding when needed.

Meet Our Founder, Debbie

An older woman with blonde hair, smiling, wearing a white blazer and white pants, standing indoors near a doorway.

With suicide rates at an all-time high, Debbie created interactive workshops aimed at fostering open conversations about suicide and mental health. Her vision is to create a world where everyone feels supported through mental health struggles and suicidal challenges while also inspiring individuals to care for their wellbeing and grow into the best version of themselves.

Suicide: Hope Beyond the Darkness

This book is for anyone touched by suicide. Those struggling, those grieving, and those supporting. It offers hope, understanding, psychoeducation and human connection.

This is a must-read book for anyone seeking to support others, or themselves, through the often-overwhelming topic of suicide, and I sincerely recommend it.
